Provides Level 1 technical support for Baxter infusion pumps, software applications, and connected healthcare technologies. Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues; manages customer cases and tickets; supports RMA activities; guides setup and configuration; escalates complex issues; and maintains compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and safety requirements.

Independently manages clinical trials from protocol development and site selection through database lock and final study report. Coordinates clinical documentation, sites, investigators, vendors, IRBs, budgets, timelines, compliance, enrollment, adverse-event tracking, and regulatory requirements. Partners with cross-functional teams including Legal, R&D, Data Management, Medical Writing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Marketing, while reporting study progress and escalating risks to senior management.
