Coordinates executive calendars, travel, meetings, board support, presentations, communications, recruiting logistics, events, vendors, expenses, files, and follow-up. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, discretion, independence, technology comfort, and a service mindset. It also offers exposure to leadership, customers, hiring, people operations, and broader business initiatives, with opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities.

Own enterprise support for health system customers: run the support queue, reproduce and escalate bugs, onboard facilities, manage incident communication, and build runbooks. Expand into internal IT (help desk, MDM, SSO, endpoint security), SOC 2 evidence in Drata, and eventually lead a team.

Build and run demand generation programs to create a predictable sales pipeline: launch outbound sequences, manage paid digital ads, run integrated campaigns, optimize marketing automation and CRM, align closely with sales, and report on funnel KPIs to improve conversion and pipeline velocity.
