Represent lender clients on syndicated and asset- and cash-flow lending matters. Draft and negotiate credit, security, intercreditor and real estate documents; handle restructurings, workouts, acquisition and leveraged financings, and manage transactions from structuring through closing.

Performs secretarial duties for attorneys, manages case files, prepares legal documents, communicates with clients, and ensures proper filing with courts.

Barnes & Thornburg seeks second-year law students for its 2027 Summer Associate Program. Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript.
