Maintains and optimizes Workday HRIS functionality, including business processes, integrations, mass data loads, reports, dashboards, audits, and data validation. Supports system enhancements, testing, releases, compliance, documentation, end-user training, and troubleshooting. Partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders while participating in an on-call rotation. The role requires strong Workday configuration and integration expertise, analytical skills, confidentiality, and the ability to support a remote healthcare organization.
