Manage employment litigation and investigations involving whistleblower, retaliation, fraud, and regulatory matters under SOX, Dodd-Frank, and state laws. Provide strategic employment and labor counsel to HR, Employee Relations, and business leaders; direct outside counsel; lead investigations; draft and negotiate legal documents; and advise senior management on legal risks and resolution strategies.

Lead enterprise marketing strategy for digital discoverability across search, LLMs, social and paid channels. Coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies, and media partners to drive integrated campaigns, measure ROI, ensure compliance, and evolve search/LLM visibility practices to improve brand authority and performance.

Support administration and review of trust accounts, ensure compliance with fiduciary laws and internal policies, help mitigate fiduciary risk, address client issues, and drive consistency in processes and controls.
