The Senior Manager of Content Marketing will lead content strategy and creation to drive brand awareness and demand generation for Bamboo Health, focusing on B2B healthcare markets and utilizing AI tools.

Lead AI product strategy and roadmap for Bridge solutions, owning agentic conversational experiences across outreach, intake, messaging, scheduling, and escalation. Partner with engineering, data science, clinical, sales, and client teams; manage and coach a Product Manager and Product Owner; define metrics, prioritize roadmap, and drive measurable AI agent performance improvements and scalable client deployments.

Own end-to-end customer implementations from sales handoff through production, leading cross-functional teams to deliver SaaS and EHR-integrated solutions. Develop project plans, governance, risk mitigation, and communications; drive adoption, measure success, improve methodologies, and mentor other implementation leads.
