Supports Bain Capital’s legal billing function by administering Onit, managing legal matters and invoice workflows, resolving billing and payment issues, coordinating with counsel and internal stakeholders, maintaining billing data, and producing reports on legal spend, accruals, budgets, and invoices. The role also analyzes billing trends, strengthens controls, and uses technology and automation to improve legal billing processes.

Supports LP data delivery and investor requests by analyzing financial and operational data. Improves manual workflows through Power BI models, Alteryx workflows, scripts, and agentic applications. Partners with Data Governance to maintain trustworthy data lakes and collaborates across Finance, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, IT, and investment teams. The role requires strong financial or accounting knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and ownership of analytics and process-improvement initiatives.

Conduct company and industry due diligence for insurance investment opportunities, including financial statement analysis, market research, expert interviews, valuation, financial modeling, and returns sensitivity analysis. Communicate investment views, support fundraising and investor communications, and prepare concise, data-driven investment summaries while collaborating with management teams, advisors, and investment committee members.
