Supports investor relations and strategic capital activities through Salesforce tracking, investor data management, financial analysis, presentations, scheduling, reporting, and process improvements. The Analyst maintains data integrity, analyzes investor feedback, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, supports fund-related diligence, and uses Excel, automation, and AI tools to improve team efficiency. This is a two-year role requiring accurate execution, strong communication, confidentiality, and independent ownership in a senior-facing financial services environment.

Serves as the primary compliance officer for Bain Capital’s Private Credit platform, overseeing BDC, registered fund, private fund, and adviser compliance programs. Responsibilities include designing and testing policies, reviewing transactions, preparing board reports, managing regulatory examinations, overseeing service providers, reviewing communications, and advising investment, finance, legal, and operations teams. The role requires independent program ownership, regulatory expertise, board interaction, and leadership of initiatives and junior staff.

Lead accounting, operational, tax, and investor reporting for coinvest partnerships. Manage cash management, capital calls, distributions, reconciliations, custody, and valuation reporting. Analyze complex transactions and partnership allocations, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, drive process improvements and automation (including AI tools), support investor onboarding and reporting, mentor junior staff, and oversee annual tax and partnership reporting.
