Leads supplier quality for high-reliability printed wiring boards by conducting audits, capability assessments, source inspections, first article inspections, and process evaluations. Analyzes supplier metrics and defects, drives root-cause and corrective-action efforts, reviews PPAP and FAI submissions, and leads continuous improvement toward zero defects. Partners with quality, category management, and supply chain teams while providing technical guidance on PWB standards, manufacturing processes, testing, and acceptance requirements. The remote role requires approximately 50% travel to suppliers across the country.
