Provide individual and group career advising to undergraduates, design and deliver workshops and programs, liaise with employers and alumni, develop resources (resumes, LinkedIn, mock interviews), track employer/student trends and satisfaction, market career services, and manage special projects to support holistic career development.

Manage planning, execution, and operations for up to 300 global in-person and virtual graduate recruiting events annually. Lead day-to-day email marketing—copy, audience targeting, QA, and deployments—while collaborating with leadership, marketing, faculty, students, and alumni to drive engagement and enrollment. Supervise a student worker, coordinate logistics, analyze data, and ensure inclusive, high-quality candidate experiences.

Supervise Horn Library Information Desk operations and student employees, including hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, and performance evaluation. Oversee circulation tasks (check-in/check-out, shelving, inventory), provide basic reference help, maintain collection records and usage data, troubleshoot A/V and computer hardware, and apply LSP, cloud tools, and AI-enabled technologies to improve workflows and training.
