Designs, deploys, and scales generative AI solutions for fundraising, alumni engagement, prospect strategy, stewardship, reporting, and operational efficiency. Builds AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation workflows, integrations, evaluation frameworks, and secure data pipelines using CRM and enterprise platforms. Partners with Advancement, IT, Analytics, and CRM teams to translate business needs into responsible AI solutions, train users, measure outcomes, and drive adoption. The role requires full-time onsite work, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.

Supports Babson College’s annual giving program by developing donor stewardship and solicitation strategies, managing multichannel fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns, overseeing recurring and matching gift programs, analyzing campaign performance in Salesforce, and engaging alumni and other constituencies. The role collaborates across advancement, athletics, and marketing teams, contributes to giving days and events, and requires strong communication, organization, CRM, writing, and relationship-management skills.

Leads undergraduate career development programs and strategic initiatives, advises students across the career lifecycle, manages staff and budgets, establishes program metrics, and collaborates with campus and external stakeholders. Oversees initiatives such as professional attire and micro-internship programs, develops workshops and career content, supports marketing and communications, and drives continuous improvement through data, relationship-building, and strategic execution.
