Dispenses prescribed medications, administers daily treatments, assesses patients, maintains dispensing equipment and medication inventory, and documents treatment information. Ensures compliance with controlled-substance security and regulatory requirements, uses automated dispensing systems, produces required records, and supports nursing staff orientation. The role requires an empathetic, nonjudgmental approach to patients receiving substance use disorder treatment in an outpatient clinic.

Develop and execute regional business development strategies to grow patient referrals and admissions. Build and manage healthcare provider and community referral networks, maintain partner relationships, reactivate former patients, and support program launches. Represent the organization at events, collaborate with clinical, admissions, marketing, and operations teams, and track outreach, conversion, partnership, and growth metrics. The role requires extensive territory travel, relationship management, healthcare marketing compliance, and regular performance reporting.
