Supports sales incentive compensation administration, payment processing, data validation, reporting, and issue resolution. Provides compensation guidance to HR partners and managers, including market pricing, salary ranges, promotions, internal equity, annual salary reviews, and bonus calculations. Maintains compensation data in Workday, prepares analyses and dashboards, supports compensation surveys, and improves scalable processes. Partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders while leveraging Excel and emerging technologies.

Manages global compensation programs, bonus and sales incentive plans, annual salary reviews, equity administration, market analysis, compensation surveys, HRIS data integrity, FLSA classifications, executive compensation support, and M&A activities. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business leaders while supervising one Compensation Analyst. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite work four days per week.

Serve as the primary Workday Payroll SME to design, configure, test, and optimize payroll, time tracking, and absence. Support global payroll (US/UK), integrations, reporting, audits, data governance, automation, and stakeholder training to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
