Lead and manage a team of developers across the WECC project lifecycle, own real estate and permitting goals, coordinate cross-functional experts (transmission, interconnection, engineering, legal, finance), report to executives on status and risks, collaborate with Strategic Development, Origination, Government & Regulatory Affairs, and M&A, and drive continuous improvement and execution of complex utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable projects.

Lead project management for utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, and hybrid projects. Coordinate EPCs, OEMs, O&M, and EMS vendors; manage schedules, budgets, permits, commissioning, warranties, change orders, HSE compliance, and KPIs; support transitions to operations and continuous improvement.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for SCADA, controls, and OT systems across utility-scale BESS and solar sites. Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, telemetry quality, monitoring/alerting, documentation, vendor coordination, and standardization across the fleet while mentoring junior engineers.
