Owns end-to-end delivery flow across Avetta’s AI-augmented product development pipeline. Coordinates cross-pod dependencies, facilitates approval gates, maintains RAID and decision logs, tracks delivery metrics, validates specification quality, and communicates risks and progress to stakeholders and executives. The role also maintains Jira, Aha!, and Confluence data, builds dashboards, coaches teams on AI-assisted delivery practices, and contributes continuous improvements to the evolving AI-PDLC framework.

Drives new business acquisition in the mid-market segment through prospecting, networking, trade shows, presentations, product demonstrations, and client relationship development. Collaborates with Sales Development Representatives, manages sales opportunities and RFP responses, travels regularly to client sites and events, and supports new customers during their first 90 days. Requires strong communication, public speaking, organization, SaaS understanding, CRM proficiency, and consistent achievement of sales goals.

Drives enterprise SaaS new business from prospecting through contract execution, managing complex sales cycles and executive relationships. Uses MEDDPICC and Challenger selling, maintains Salesforce pipeline accuracy, exceeds revenue targets, and coordinates internal teams. Presents solutions, attends industry events, travels to clients, supports initial customer launches, and mentors less-tenured account executives and assigned sales development representatives.
