Provide senior legal counsel on high-value commercial transactions, government contracting, and RFP responses. Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts (MSAs, SaaS, licenses, SOWs, NDAs), develop contract playbooks and AI-assisted form libraries, train business teams, partner with Compliance, and independently manage a high-volume commercial portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze recorded calls and live video visits for correctional agencies to identify keywords, slang, and suspicious activity. Escalate intelligence about potential crimes, victimization, or staff misconduct, perform translations and proofreading, and ensure proper reporting and escalation to investigators and managers. Maintain confidentiality and meet established quality targets.

Lead enterprise sales skills training strategy—diagnose skill gaps, design and deliver instructor-led and virtual practice-based learning, create leader reinforcement toolkits, operationalize post-training reinforcement, measure effectiveness, and partner with Sales leadership to drive measurable sales outcomes.
