Supervises day-to-day laboratory and warehouse operations in a cGMP environment, including scheduling, workforce planning, vendor coordination, inventory and service-level management, client relationships, safety, quality, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Leads operational problem solving, CAPA activities, audits, performance management, employee development, and workflow enhancements while supporting budgets and regulatory inspections.

Coordinate loading dock operations and shipments, receive/inspect inbound and outbound materials, manage inventory transactions in ERP, handle temperature-sensitive and hazardous items per GMP, schedule carriers, track shipments, support stockroom replenishment, maintain records, and communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.

Leads Avantor’s global PMO governance function and oversees a $150 million annual Capex portfolio. Establishes portfolio prioritization, project lifecycle, controls, reporting, and benefits realization frameworks across regions. Provides executive decision support, monitors project delivery against business cases, validates outcomes at Gate 5c closure, manages PMO systems and documentation, and develops organizational capability. The role is remote with 20% travel and requires extensive global PMO leadership experience in complex, regulated environments.
