Coordinate daily inventory, stockroom, and material management for lab customers, manage replenishment and sourcing, maintain inventory controls and metrics, ensure GMP/GLP compliance, support continuous improvement, perform routine lab preparations and ELN recordkeeping, and assist with training and instrument troubleshooting.

Manages US reseller and distributor accounts, develops account plans, supports revenue growth, and serves as the primary commercial contact. Responsibilities include pricing programs, commercial agreements, negotiations, escalated customer issues, account governance, and cross-functional coordination with finance, legal, operations, and customer service. The role also supervises one Inside Sales partner, supports process improvements, and requires extensive travel to customer locations.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise Adobe Experience Platform solutions. Architect schemas, identity, ingestion, governance, personalization, and integrations with CRM/data lakes. Optimize CI/CD and deployment processes, mentor engineering teams, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, ensure security/privacy compliance, and produce architecture documentation and implementation roadmaps.
