Serve as a Cube systems engineer combining deep technical analysis and field engineering. Analyze logs and datasets, perform root-cause investigations, and report deviations. Install, commission, upgrade, and maintain complex AutoStore systems on-site. Collaborate with US validation partners, customers, and internal teams; use tools like PowerBI and Databricks for diagnostics and monitoring. Travel regularly to customer sites and Norwegian offices to ensure successful deployments and minimal downtime.

Serve as the technical liaison to partner organizations, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of AutoStore products. Troubleshoot and document technical issues, run performance reviews, conduct trainings, coordinate with Sales and R&D, and travel onsite for escalations and service reviews.

As an Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll create and execute tailored ABM campaigns for key strategic accounts, collaborating across teams to drive engagement and optimize performance.

Act as primary customer contact to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing health of AutoStore systems. Monitor performance, analyze data to recommend optimizations, run strategic reviews, support technical troubleshooting, drive upsell opportunities, maintain high NPS, and advocate customer needs internally.

Lead investigations and resolution of product and service non-conformances at customer sites using structured problem-solving (8D, 5 Why, FMEA). Coordinate corrective and preventive actions, analyze quality/operational data to identify trends, apply Lean/TPS/Six Sigma for continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement practical, timely solutions.
