Lead content strategy and executive engagement for Autodesk’s customer council programs. Develop themes, agendas, discussion frameworks, and executive briefings; facilitate senior-level conversations; synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights; and align stakeholders across marketing, strategy, product, sales, and customer success. Build executive customer relationships and connect council outcomes to advocacy, recognition, storytelling, and broader business priorities while partnering with a program manager responsible for operations and event execution.

Supports complex enterprise sales deals from proposal through closure. Acts as the primary deal contact, coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains project plans, identifies risks and non-standard requirements, drives approvals, and ensures compliance. Partners with Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Business Models, Order Fulfillment, and Operations to resolve issues and improve deal execution.

Develop and maintain high-performance web frontend applications and backend services for a collaborative XR platform. Lead complex cross-team projects, shape cloud and web architecture, optimize browser and XR headset performance, and translate business requirements into product features. The role requires expertise in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, browser performance, distributed systems, real-time communication, AWS, and Electron, with preferred experience in 3D web technologies, cloud-native architecture, databases, containers, game engines, CI/CD, and observability.
