Teams at Authenticom

Manages end-user IT operations, service management, endpoint and asset administration, onboarding and offboarding, vendor relationships, security support, SOC 2 governance, risk management, and business continuity activities. The role serves as a technology escalation point, improves service processes and documentation, tracks operational and compliance metrics, coordinates audit evidence, and partners with internal teams and external vendors in a remote-first SaaS environment.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting, including cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and account research. Qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings, maintain accurate CRM records, track activity metrics, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing. The role represents Authenticom at relevant industry events and offers a career path toward enterprise account executive positions.

Own product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, prioritization, customer feedback, and continuous improvement for technology products. Partner with customers and cross-functional Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to validate solutions, guide delivery, support launches, and improve adoption. The role also mentors Product Owners and promotes strong Agile and Scrum product practices.
