The Senior Software Engineer will develop a new Managed Service Provider solution for mobile security, focusing on feature development and complex projects, guiding initiatives from design to deployment.

Lead architecture and build Aura's AI Intelligence Platform, unifying data and enabling AI agents to reason over sensitive information. Own end-to-end initiatives, prioritize security and privacy, design scalable distributed systems on AWS using Python and TypeScript, and set engineering best practices while mentoring engineers without direct reports.

Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce insights for customer experience operations. Build and backtest forecasting models, maintain dashboards (Tableau, Databricks, Five9, Verint, Excel), manage vendor forecasts, perform scenario modeling, and deliver executive recommendations to align staffing with service and cost goals.
