Own partner revenue operations through data transformation, billing accuracy, forecasting, and GAAP-compliant reporting. The role maintains and troubleshoots Python and SQL billing logic, develops invoicing flows, validates enrollment data, supports revenue recognition, and contributes to integrations and ad hoc projects. It requires analytics, financial and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel, Databricks, and experience translating business requirements into technical data logic.

Build and maintain full-stack monetization features across web and mobile, including enrollment flows, paywalls, subscriptions, reactivation, and marketing integrations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments and improve revenue outcomes. Use analytics, observability, AI-assisted development, testing, and software engineering best practices to deliver reliable products for millions of customers.

Proactively contact existing Aura customers through outbound calls to recommend upgrades and additional digital protection products. Advise customers on personalized online safety solutions, meet monthly upsell and revenue targets, develop consultative sales skills, stay informed about cybersecurity trends, and collaborate with teammates to improve sales approaches and customer experience.
