The Principal Salesforce Engineer will own the architecture and scalability of the Revenue Technology platform, define solutions, and drive execution while developing Salesforce solutions and overseeing the integration with enterprise applications.

Serve as a technical point of contact between Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot customer issues, triage incidents, translate feedback to engineering, create reusable solutions, and communicate status via Zendesk/JIRA and calls.

Build, scale, and maintain Anaplan planning applications across Finance, Go-To-Market, and HR. Improve integrations, automate reporting, support UAT and deployments, develop training and enablement, and produce executive reporting and analysis to inform senior leadership decisions.
