Lead development and delivery of physician and healthcare provider education programs, manage KOLs and faculty, build training resources, partner cross-functionally, support regional rollout, and mentor junior specialists to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Performs financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis for assigned business areas. Partners with department leaders and accounting during monthly close, develops KPIs, identifies trends and risks, and recommends actions to improve performance. The role also supports process improvements in reporting and forecasting and communicates financial results to management.

Leads the design, development, administration, and optimization of professional education and learning solutions. Manages LMS content, certifications, enrollments, reporting, approvals, user access, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Develops multimodal training materials, partners with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, analyzes learner data, coordinates vendors, and ensures training aligns with business, compliance, product, and learner needs. Travel may be required up to 20%.
