Drive enterprise sales in Financial Services across the Northeastern US. Manage full sales cycle, build relationships with data and IT executives, present value propositions and demos with SEs, achieve revenue and logo targets, and expand account penetration while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the Northeastern US, shape territory and GTM strategy, run disciplined pipeline and forecasting processes, hire and develop talent, align cross-functionally (SE, Product, Marketing, CS) to accelerate complex platform deals and drive scalable, repeatable enterprise revenue.

Operate, monitor, and maintain Astronomer's managed Airflow platform and underlying cloud/Kubernetes infrastructure. Troubleshoot customer environments, participate in on-call rotation, build monitoring/automation, improve observability, and work directly with customers to meet SLAs and drive reliability.
