Lead integrated bioanalytical strategy for Oncology programs, designing and implementing PK, immunogenicity and biomarker assays. Provide scientific oversight of internal labs and CROs, manage assay transfer/validation, interpret complex datasets, contribute to regulatory submissions, represent IBA externally, publish scientific work, and prioritize resources across concurrent projects to support clinical development.

Lead and oversee late-phase respiratory and immunology clinical programs (Phase IIb-IV), managing global study strategy, design, safety surveillance, regulatory interactions, publication strategy, and a team of study physicians/scientists to deliver approval-supporting data and meet global regulatory and label objectives.

Lead enterprise statistical programming strategy across Quantitative Sciences; drive AI/automation and CDISC-compliant, submission-ready outputs; oversee people, budgets, statistical computing environments, CRO governance, capacity planning, and regulatory/payer submission readiness while delivering continuous improvement.
