Shape roadmap, governance, and platform consolidation; manage a multidisciplinary team; drive cross-functional program delivery, adoption of advanced analytics/AI, vendor and stakeholder management, and continuous improvement to support commercial, marketing, and patient engagement.

Lead global clinical development and execution for hematology therapies (primarily CLL), including strategy, regulatory submissions, integrated product plans, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional team leadership.
