Lead US commercial strategy and launch planning for rare disease portfolio: build processes, run launch programs, track performance, align senior stakeholders, and scale capabilities and tools (Smartsheet) to ensure launch readiness and measurable outcomes.

Lead country-level execution of clinical studies, ensuring site identification, feasibility, start-up, monitoring, recruitment, regulatory submissions, and study close-out. Manage local study teams and CRAs, maintain CTMS and documentation, drive timelines and risk mitigation, liaise with global and local stakeholders, and support country recruitment and external scientific engagement to meet study objectives and compliance with GCP and regulations.

Senior field-based role to build and maintain KOL relationships, plan and execute regional/national congress and speaker programs, train and develop physician speakers, support promotional patient engagement and advisory boards, provide KOL insights to commercial strategy, and coordinate cross-functional field activities to ensure compliant, effective promotional execution.
