Lead a backend engineering team as a player-coach building payment processing, fraud detection, compliance, and user management systems. Architect distributed microservices, drive technical decisions, write code, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-team integrations, and ensure reliable, regulatory-compliant, high-scale financial infrastructure.

Monitor and reconcile transactions across ACH, RTP/FedNow, and card networks; triage and resolve payment exceptions, chargebacks, and settlement discrepancies; run SQL queries and build volume/limit projection models; communicate with sponsor banks and clients; maintain tracking of open operational items and document processes to support automation.
