The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Architect will lead the design and implementation of e-commerce solutions, guide clients in digital transformation, mentor developers, and ensure high-performance architecture on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Serve as Astound's primary liaison to the Salesforce ecosystem to generate partner-led pipeline and new-logo accounts. Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and PSMs; coordinate with internal sellers and CPMs; qualify and track partner-influenced opportunities; support tagging, reporting, business planning, and sharing win stories to expand account footprint.

Lead project teams to create enterprise-level B2B commerce solutions using Salesforce. Guide implementation, optimize customer experiences, and manage technical standards for successful project delivery.
