Lead end-to-end enterprise customer engagements and onboarding for large insurance clients, run program timelines and executive reporting, design and deploy AI agents and internal tooling, own the CE operations roadmap and knowledge base, drive cross-functional resolution of technical/operational issues, and continuously improve efficiency and quality across the Client Engagement team.

Lead creation of high-fidelity 3D brand visuals and motion designs using Cinema 4D and Redshift. Own end-to-end pipelines from concept, style frames and storyboards through physics simulations, procedural workflows, EXR multi-pass renders, After Effects compositing, color-managed (ACES/OCIO) look-development, and optimized asset handoffs for video, marketing, and interactive web.

Partner with cross-functional teams to design experiments, analyze large datasets, build dashboards and metrics, identify trends and customer behaviors, improve data quality and instrumentation, and provide actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
