Partner with engineers, analysts, business leaders, Security, Legal, and Compliance; enforce testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and data quality practices. Mentor data professionals and document architectural decisions.

Manage benefits administration, multi-state payroll and employment compliance, HRIS updates, leave coordination, employee records, audits, policies, handbook updates, and people reporting. Partner with brokers, payroll providers, registered agents, government agencies, and internal teams. Administer Lattice, support performance processes, answer employee questions, and automate recurring People Operations workflows while maintaining accurate, confidential, audit-ready records.
