Leads regulatory and legislative engagement, government and industry relationships, standards and certification adoption, institutional partnerships, sector initiatives, conferences, membership growth, and regional brand-building across India’s energy, maritime, water, and civil infrastructure sectors. The role also supports marketing campaigns, budgeting, forecasting, high-level meetings, and stakeholder outreach, with less than 50% travel expected, primarily within India and occasionally to the USA.

Manage AMPP’s education growth, training marketing, partnerships, and operational delivery across India. Coordinate course logistics, registrations, contracts, facilities, instructors, inventory, documentation, and financial transactions. Develop training opportunities in strategic industries, engage clients and partners, support market expansion, and align programs with organizational growth objectives. The role also requires budgeting, forecasting, communication, personnel management, and occasional international travel.

Leads AMPP’s regional strategy and growth across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Develops market plans, partnerships, government and industry relationships, standards adoption, education and certification programs, membership, localized marketing, events, compliance, budgets, KPIs, and workforce planning. Represents AMPP externally, oversees training partners, manages local operations, and reports performance and risks to global leadership. Requires extensive China market leadership experience, Mandarin and English fluency, stakeholder diplomacy, and frequent regional and international travel.
