Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance. Partner with hiring managers, represent the organization at hiring events, maintain ATS records, coordinate background and credential checks, and ensure I-9/E-Verify and certification compliance.

Coordinate schedules for assigned clients and caregivers, manage referrals and intakes, confirm and monitor authorizations and schedule changes, coach and document caregiver performance, communicate with nursing/case managers, provide on-call coverage, and ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA.
