Provide outpatient, client-centered behavioral health care using evidence-based practices in-person and via telehealth; collaborate with care teams, engage families, perform risk assessments, deliver therapy and case management, and coordinate services to improve access and continuity of care.

Provide outpatient psychotherapy to adults during pregnancy and postpartum for perinatal and reproductive mental health concerns. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, attachment-based, trauma-informed), collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, maintain documentation, participate in team meetings and professional development.

Provide nursing care in a 24-hour adult behavioral health crisis stabilization unit: monitor medication self-administration, address medical issues, facilitate health/wellness groups, coordinate care, document shifts, and participate in training.
