Leads implant clinical programs by educating, training, and mentoring dentists in surgical and restorative procedures. Serves as the primary clinical liaison for implant partners, advises on treatment planning, supports practices and doctors, develops continuing education programs, evaluates implant technologies, and drives patient care, productivity, retention, revenue, and profitability outcomes across assigned practices. Requires extensive travel and strong coaching and relationship-building skills.
