Troubleshoot and improve enterprise AI systems, including LLM responses, prompts, RAG, agent workflows, tool calls, and backend integrations. Analyze logs and telemetry, identify root causes, document issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and enhance reliability. Train internal users, conduct demos and office hours, support adoption, and translate technical problems into actionable improvements.

The Principal DevOps Engineer will lead technical direction for DevOps practices, design CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud-native architectures, and mentor teams to optimize delivery processes.

Drive territory sales by building and expanding relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners. Support RVP in territory execution, pipeline management, proposal development, and CRM updates. Provide consultative retirement plan guidance, deliver presentations and events, monitor performance versus goals, and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining compliance and product knowledge.
