Own spacecraft power units from requirements through design, supplier management, verification, and acceptance. Design power electronics boards involving switching, protection, current limiting, conversion, interfaces, and fault handling. Perform part selection, schematic capture, worst-case and derating analysis, board bring-up, testing, and debugging. Manage supplier specifications and design reviews, support spacecraft electrical integration, and contribute to power budgets, grounding, EMI/EMC, and system architecture trades for a 15-year GEO mission.

Owns the spacecraft product assurance program as its mission assurance technical authority. Responsibilities include PA planning, qualification readiness and review boards, supplier assurance flow-down, reliability engineering, EEE parts control, derating, destructive physical analysis, and safety hazard analyses for hazardous systems, pressure systems, ordnance, and batteries. The role works across engineering, suppliers, leadership, and customer assurance organizations to ensure the spacecraft is built and qualified to required standards.
