Manage day-to-day less-than-truckload shipment operations for assigned offices and customers. Monitor and resolve delays, damages, missing or misrouted freight; coordinate pickup and delivery appointments; research carrier tariffs, accessorials, classifications and fees; support billing discrepancies, claims and disputes; maintain shipment records; communicate with carriers and customers; and educate internal teams while identifying process improvements.

Lead and develop Capacity Sales Representatives, manage team performance, strengthen carrier relationships, and support transportation capacity decisions. The role involves monitoring metrics, negotiating carrier rates, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving processes, analyzing freight market trends, coordinating with Account Management, and resolving carrier and customer challenges.

Manage cross-border U.S.-Mexico freight operations including coordinating shipments, working with carriers and customs brokers, sourcing carrier capacity, negotiating rates, tracking shipments, resolving customs/documentation issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance while providing real-time updates to clients.
