The Senior SDET will design and execute automated and manual tests across smoke, regression, integration, and performance testing. Responsibilities include building regression automation, documenting test behavior and results, identifying defects and quality risks, maintaining GitHub repositories and scripts, collaborating throughout the software development lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback, supporting planning and estimations, and participating in on-call rotations.

Leads customer discovery and solution positioning during complex enterprise sales cycles. Partners with Account Executives, provides technical platform guidance, addresses integrations and security architecture, delivers tailored product demonstrations, develops ROI and business-case models, and communicates customer needs to Product. Requires procurement or supply chain software expertise, strong presales experience, data modeling skills, and travel up to 35%.

Leads company-wide AI adoption, operating the AI Center of Excellence, developing champions, running cross-functional AI sprints, delivering training, managing AI tools and budgets, and measuring workflow adoption, time savings, and financial impact. The role partners with Engineering to distribute shared AI skills, evaluates vendors, reports outcomes to executives, and publishes successful use cases across departments.
