Use customer health and product usage data to prioritize outreach, run digital one-to-many programs, manage reactive save motions, and forecast revenue retention. Partner with Onboarding, Support, Sales, Product, and leadership while helping develop scalable customer success playbooks, health scoring, and outreach cadences.
