Build and manage a team, partner with Finance/Legal/Executives, adopt AI/automation, run benchmarking and pay equity analysis, and scale systems and processes across multiple regions.

Lead and rebuild Customer Success, Support, and Advisory/Delivery into a product-centric, technical, single-relationship organization. Design and roll out a journey-based customer lifecycle operating model, own retention and health scoring, implement AI-enabled tooling, hire and upskill technical CSMs, define RACI and operating rhythms, and transition energy solutions delivery into a client-facing advisory function.
