Drive new business for Arcadia by prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating pipeline within healthcare organizations. Use CRM and prospecting tools to conduct outreach, partner with sales executives to advance opportunities, and leverage company data to tailor discovery and presentations. Meet quota and sales metrics while building account knowledge and internal relationships.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Arcadia's platform: develop project plans, manage data integration (EHR/claims), coordinate teams and third parties, escalate and resolve risks, validate and train customers, and drive go-live and process improvements to ensure customer value and retention.

Build and own Arcadia’s internal developer platform across a large-scale data lakehouse and Kubernetes applications. Develop self-service APIs, templates, golden paths, CI/CD capabilities, observability, security controls, and reliability practices. Lead platform migrations, improve developer experience, manage stakeholder needs and costs, set technical direction, and coach senior engineers. The role requires hands-on software development alongside expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, infrastructure as code, SLOs, incident response, and platform product management.
