Own end-to-end SRE projects and hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. Lead architecture, Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, FinOps, database reliability, security, incident response, automation, and documentation. Serve as a technical anchor through design reviews, complex debugging, mentorship, and platform strategy while participating in on-call and post-incident improvements.

Generate qualified enterprise sales meetings through persistent, multi-channel outreach, including cold calls, personalized emails, video, and social selling. Partner with Account Executives to identify and penetrate target accounts, lead initial discovery meetings, uncover energy management needs, and deliver compelling product overviews. Maintain sales activity and pipeline quotas while adapting prospecting strategies based on client feedback.

Lead pricing strategy, profitability analysis, deal desk governance, cost-to-serve modeling, customer segmentation, LTV and unit economics analysis. Implement pricing structures and Salesforce CPQ workflows, use AI and automation to improve analytical processes, report margin performance to executives, and manage 1–2 analysts. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and executive leadership across SaaS, services, and payment-related offerings.
