Own end-to-end SRE projects and hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. Lead architecture, Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, FinOps, database reliability, security, incident response, automation, and documentation. Implement pricing structures and Salesforce CPQ workflows, use AI and automation to improve analytical processes, report margin performance to executives, and manage 1–2 analysts. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and executive leadership across SaaS, services, and payment-related offerings.

Drive product marketing and go-to-market strategy across Arcadia’s energy intelligence solutions. Responsibilities include developing buyer personas, segmentation, positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, competitive research, product launches, and roadmap insights. The role partners with sales, product, customer success, engineering, and customers to communicate product value, support adoption, and expand into target markets.

Own the requirements, architecture, governance, and roadmap for Arcadia’s unified data model. Partner with product, data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to reconcile competing schema needs, define technical requirements and data contracts, drive governance and adoption, and ensure scalability across ingestion, storage, analytics, APIs, and downstream products. The role also requires stakeholder alignment, data quality management, roadmap prioritization, and communication of technical decisions to business and engineering leaders.

Leads customer success strategy and operating-model execution for a B2B SaaS energy-management company. Responsibilities include building lifecycle processes, KPI dashboards, VOC and health-scoring programs, performance-improvement initiatives, support tooling, CSM technical enablement, and organizational change. The role partners with senior leaders to improve retention, customer satisfaction, support quality, adoption, and expansion across onboarding, value realization, renewal, and at-risk recovery.
