Coordinates end-to-end billing and commissions processes for customers and independent agents. Responsibilities include researching policy and billing activity, processing postings and reconciliations, reviewing exceptions, preparing reports, resolving issues, maintaining billing accuracy, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, organization, multitasking, and the ability to learn multiple billing systems while collaborating across teams.
