Leads the actuarial and data science functions, overseeing pricing, reserving, valuation, forecasting, risk management, predictive modeling, and AI strategy. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to support business decisions, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and data governance. Builds high-performing teams, drives innovation, presents recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Board, and manages recruitment, development, performance, and succession planning.

Prospects and initiates new insurance business, processes sales and service transactions, identifies cross-selling opportunities, supports marketing plans, follows up on new policies, coordinates with departments, and addresses customer concerns. The role requires meeting monthly sales goals, maintaining customer retention, and holding current state insurance licenses.

Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, statutory financial statements, cash flow analysis, and accounting reports. Supports audits, internal controls, financial filings, and implementation of new accounting software. Collaborates with IT, Actuarial, HR, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate transaction reporting. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting requirements.
