Drives cost reduction, service improvements, digital transformation, sustainability, S&OP, and supply chain resilience. Oversees multi-site teams, supports product launches and engineering changes, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops supply chain capabilities across plants, suppliers, and customers.

Leads North American Energies business development, commercial strategy, product application roadmaps, market expansion, customer engagement, pricing, forecasting, and profitability improvement. Collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Program teams to identify solar opportunities, launch products, improve competitiveness, and achieve revenue and margin goals. Oversees cross-functional alignment, customer needs, competitive analysis, KPI tracking, and business growth while traveling to customer sites, plants, and industry events.

Implement and manage HSE programs for metals manufacturing, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA), lead incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, develop JHAs/JSAs and training, support emergency response and audits, and drive continual improvement across plant operations.
