Supports global accounts receivable and cash application across entities, currencies, and bank accounts. Responsibilities include resolving unapplied cash, reviewing Concur expenses, preparing reconciliations, assisting with month-end close and journal entries, supporting audits, and improving finance processes. The role also reviews Salesforce-to-NetSuite sales orders and helps standardize accounting operations across global entities.

Leads Apryse’s global software license assurance program, managing the team, audit methodology, customer coverage, systems, reporting, and performance accountability. Oversees validation of software usage against contractual entitlements, coordinates findings and commercial resolutions, and partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, and technical teams. Builds scalable, data-driven audit operations across product lines and acquired products, using Salesforce and related systems to manage workflows, usage data, reporting, and compliance outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial customers across Latin America. The role involves renewals, upselling, cross-selling, pipeline generation, customer discovery, solution selling, partner and channel engagement, negotiation, forecasting, and quota achievement. The account manager will collaborate with sales engineering, customer success, product, and other internal teams while regularly traveling throughout LATAM. Native-level Spanish and fluent English are required.
