Manage multiple audit projects and client engagements, communicate with partners, staff, and clients, support business development, and foster client relationships. Lead, coach, and develop staff accountants while analyzing financial statements, making independent decisions, and ensuring effective engagement execution. Minimal travel is required, with remote and hybrid work options available.

Manages corporate tax compliance, including complex federal, state, local, consolidated, and multi-state returns. Oversees ASC 740 income tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions. Leads and mentors tax professionals, develops tax strategies, conducts research, advises clients on transactions and restructurings, and manages client and regulatory relationships.

Perform financial audits, prepare audit workpapers and adjusting trial balances, compile financial statements, evaluate accounting issues and internal controls, and build client relationships. The role requires 15–20% travel and collaboration with clients and coworkers. Candidates need a CPA license or 150 credit hours toward eligibility, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 0.5–1 year of public accounting experience.
