Manage complex, global Oracle technology implementation programs containing multiple sub-projects. Lead cross-functional teams through requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment while controlling scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include managing client and offshore teams, maintaining project plans, turning around troubled projects, driving continuous improvement, supporting sales opportunities, and coordinating with the PMO. The role is remote with periodic customer-facing work and travel of up to 75%.

Create, enhance, and coordinate database schema migrations; conduct code reviews and performance monitoring; and collaborate with junior database administrators on database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies. The role requires travel or relocation to various U.S. client sites for short- and long-term assignments.

Develops technical solutions, coordinates technical assignments, creates coding flowcharts, performs programming, analyzes data flows, conducts gap analysis and business mapping, and works with Oracle technologies. Requires frequent travel to client sites throughout the United States, including unanticipated long- and short-term assignments.
