Manage complex, global Oracle technology implementation programs containing multiple sub-projects. Lead cross-functional teams through requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment while controlling scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include managing client and offshore teams, maintaining project plans, turning around troubled projects, driving continuous improvement, supporting sales opportunities, and coordinating with the PMO. The role is remote with periodic customer-facing work and travel of up to 75%.

Maintain regular client touchpoints, resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and help clients maximize product and service ROI. Leads Oracle HCM Cloud implementation engagements from requirements gathering through post-go-live support. Designs current- and future-state processes, develops scalable HCM solutions, facilitates client workshops, and provides strategic guidance. Oversees solution governance, risk mitigation, testing, training, deployment, and change management while mentoring junior consultants and offshore teams. Collaborates with technical teams, HCM workstreams, and project leadership to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.

Lead organizational change management strategy and execution for complex Oracle transformation engagements. Build stakeholder relationships, secure buy-in, activate change champion networks, develop communications and impact assessment tools, and support adoption through go-live. Manage workstream scope, hours, and commercial value while adapting to changing priorities and partnering with delivery leads across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations.

Leads Oracle Cloud SCM consulting engagements from client discovery through implementation and delivery. Designs and implements solutions across supply chain planning, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, order management, logistics, product lifecycle management, and procurement.
