The Salesforce Senior Consultant will support a multi-org environment, manage offshore developers, and interact with various teams to resolve issues effectively.

Manage small-to-medium technology implementation projects (low-to-medium complexity). Lead cross-functional onshore/offshore teams through scoping, upgrades/migrations, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Maintain project artifacts, financial metrics, and apply Apps Associates PMO methodology to meet cost, time, and quality goals. Travel and periodic onsite/customer-facing work may be required.

Lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce data migration projects: define strategy, design and validate data models, build ETL pipelines, resolve data quality issues, perform reconciliation and validation, document mappings, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, accurate migrations on schedule.
