Analyze service trends and drive adoption of new processes and tools.

Lead UX research and design for B2B/SaaS insurance products: create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; run user research and usability tests; use analytics to measure outcomes; collaborate with product and engineering to implement consistent, validated UX solutions.

Defines and executes strategy for benefits products, leading roadmaps, prioritization, release planning, market research, and customer adoption. Partners with engineering, UX, sales, service, customers, and leadership to deliver workflow automation, integrations, AI-driven solutions, and data-informed product improvements. Develops requirements, user stories, business cases, and design specifications while mentoring junior product team members.
