Responsibilities include Boolean and X-ray searches, outbound recruiting campaigns, candidate communication, talent mapping, hiring-manager partnership, labor-market reporting, pipeline development, conversion tracking, and ATS data management. The role emphasizes high-volume sourcing, candidate experience, recruiting metrics, and building immediate and future talent pipelines.

Own Salesforce architecture and GTM systems for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Design scalable solutions, govern multi-instance Salesforce, support quote-to-cash and AI-driven GTM builds, build automation (Flows, Apex, LWC), integrate Salesforce tools, lead stakeholder alignment, and manage end-to-end implementations from discovery through rollout and adoption.

Leads Apollo’s detection and response strategy, detection architecture, security observability, incident response, and AI-assisted security workflows. Builds MITRE ATT&CK-aligned detections, response automations, investigation tools, and detection-as-code pipelines using Panther and Python. Leads high-severity incidents across cloud, SaaS, and corporate systems; improves IR readiness, metrics, playbooks, and forensic processes. Partners with Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Legal, Fraud, and leadership while mentoring engineers and driving multi-quarter security initiatives.
