Own front-end architecture and build React + TypeScript applications for Device OS. Focus on performance, accessibility, real-time data, REST integration, design systems, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. Mentor engineers, conduct reviews, and deliver scalable, responsive UIs for field-deployed devices.

Provide strategic legal counsel to global and U.S. teams on commercial and strategic agreements, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, privacy, security, and product matters. Negotiate customer and vendor contracts, develop templates and playbooks, manage contract and governance systems, support M&A and fundraising, and coordinate outside counsel. Advise business leaders, review marketing and product materials, and partner with compliance teams to address legal and regulatory requirements.

The Engineering Manager will lead teams building a scalable device passport platform, mentor engineers, manage backlog, and contribute coding while ensuring quality and documentation standards.
